As you know, OSHA recently released a vaccine mandate. It has been challenged in court and there is currently a stay on the mandate, pending completion of the litigation. If the mandate applies to you (businesses that employ 100 or more people), we encourage you to continue to prepare for it to be implemented. PPS will monitor this issue – stay tuned for updates.
