Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly happens during the day?

It is a structured working session, not a lecture. You move through six sessions, each producing a specific output: your owner dashboard, a bottleneck diagnosis, patient journey fixes, team accountability tools, and a 90-day plan. You do the work in the room and leave with a completed workbook.

Is this only for larger practices?

You should have at least five therapists on staff. The session works best when your practice has enough volume and complexity that better decisions matter fast. If you are a solo practitioner or still building your first team, this day is not the right fit.

What do I need to bring?

Your numbers. Specifically: revenue per visit, monthly visit volume, payroll costs, and overhead. Ballpark accuracy is fine. A laptop is helpful but not required. Everything else is provided.

What if I register and cannot attend?

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another qualified PT practice owner.

Can I bring my office manager or lead therapist?

Will there be future events?
