Sturdy is a Physical Therapist and entrepreneur, having founded companies like PTMatch, Sturdy Coaching, and San Francisco Sport and Spine Physical Therapy – growing that to 6 locations, 40+ employees, and a $4M ARR.
Sturdy spent over 20 years in PT Private Practice and has devoted the last 9 years to helping PT Private Practice Owners and other founders, all over North America, build the businesses they want.
Together with Matt, he has contributed his extensive knowledge and insights into the books, “The Best Small Business in the World” and “The Best Physio Business in the World” which serve as a manual to help businesses grow. Matt is a seasoned and accomplished Business Coach, Author, and Strategist known for his exceptional track record of helping some of NZ’s most successful businesses achieve sustained success.
With over a decade of experience working with corporate clients, his passion for small businesses and their owners shone through and led him to focus exclusively on them. With 23 years and more than 14,000 hours of experience in coaching and strategic advising, he has worked with business owners and executive teams in eight countries and across multiple industries, from turnovers in the hundreds of thousands to the multiple billions.
He has distilled his extensive knowledge and insights into his third book, “The Best Small Business in the World”, which serves as a comprehensive guide to the tools and strategies that have consistently helped businesses grow.
