Okay, so here’s the deets….

I am getting some great PT Private Practice Owners together to show them exactly how to find and get more People and PTs, more Patients, and more Profit, so you can get to your first $1 Million in annual revenue. I’m going to teach you to fish, not give you a fish. In this program I will help you find great people and PTs, get more patients, and grow your profit. And you’re going to walk away with the systems to keep it going.

 

You will build and implement repeatable processes that elevate your patients’ experiences, broadcast what you’re doing, and get more of your favorite patients in the door. Then you’re going to refocus your efforts to increase your revenue, both per visit and per patient, while getting even better results for those patients. And finally, you’re going to have a path forward to hire more PTs and continue to grow your practice and serve even more patients.

First, let’s get you on the road to finding a great PT and more great People — A-Players are hard to find, but they do exist.  

 

 

  1. Who’s Your A-Player?: We’ll start by getting clear about who your A-Players are. Not everybody fits in at every organization. Knowing and being abundantly clear about who will be a great member of your team, who exactly you are looking for, will make finding them a whole lot easier.

  1. What A-Players Want: Next, we’ll get you crystal clear on what the research says A-Players are looking for. There are 6 things that A-Players want in their next job. And you’ve already got at least 4 of them in place (for the right people). But you need all 6. And you’ve got to be able to tell them and make sure they know.

  1. Nurture Success: It’s the Coach’s job to put every player in a position to succeed. And you are the Coach for your team. So we will define exactly what success looks like in every position so all of your players are clear and everyone is on the same page. This removes guesswork, assumptions, anxiety, and miscommunication that too often plague practices and teams.

Now imagine being able to mark all of them Green.

That’s the result from the PEOPLE part. You’ll be able to mark yourself Green on all of these. You’ll be 100% confident in your ability to define, find, hire, and keep the right people. AND you’ll have a process that you can use for every future hire. This confidence boost will make recruiting and hiring night-and-day different for you.

The second problem we’ll solve together is having plenty of your favorite patients queued up and ready to be seen.

 

 

As a Practice Owner, it can seem like you’ve only got 2 options to get more new patients: Pay an agency to run expensive ads for you on FB or Google, or buy lunches for doctors and hope you get enough new patients through the door… Luckily there’s a way better way, and we’ll install it next…

 

  1. What Sets You Apart?: We will start by getting clear about what truly sets you and your practice apart in the eye of your favorite patients. You have patients who already love you. We’ll find out exactly why. This will make telling your story way easier and more impactful so that it resonates with more people who need you but don’t yet know you.

  1. Getting the Word Out: Next, we’ll implement ways to get the word out about how special you and your team are (without expensive ads or doctor lunches). We’ll break down the 4 Types of Marketing and focus on what’s going to have the biggest and most immediate impact. Then we’ll work on the perpetual motion machine that will keep more of your favorite patients coming to you and filling your schedules.

Closing the Deals: Finally, we’ll work on and implement the simple and straightforward processes that ensure more new patients come for their first visit and that once they are there that they fully buy-in to their plans of care so they show up to every visit. This turns into more new patients and more visits. Which ultimately turns into more people achieving their goals and more money for your practice.

The 3rd and final problem is that there’s never enough money.


Before we continue, there are a few things I want you to know…
We’re not going to cancel all your contracts and turn you into a “cash-based” PT clinic.
We’re not going to tell you to change your practice model.
We’re not going to make it super complicated so we can sell you something else to keep it all going.

And we’re not going to force you to do anything you don’t want to do. It’s your business after all.

We’re just going to make sure you’re getting paid for the hard work you and your team do and the amazing value you provide. 


Frankly this is where I geek out a little and the fun begins. When you have happy people, happy patients, and enough money coming in, you can take a breath and focus on your future.


 

  1. Get Paid: First up, we’re going to get a handle on how your PTs bill. We want to ensure that your PTs are billing for all of their time with your patients and they’re comfortable billing the right codes. With my 1 on 1 clients we almost always find a 3-5% (or more) opportunity here. That’s a 3-5% increase of your total gross revenue. (3% of $500k is $15,000, btw.)

  1. Make a Profit: Then we’re going to get a handle on your cost per visit and your revenue per visit and grow the space between them. To grow, hire, and reinvest you’ve got to have money. So we’re going to make sure your practice is designed to generate the profit that YOU want and deserve.

  1. Know Your Numbers: We will make this simple. You will get to know the 7 metrics that are critical to your practice. And you’ll get a super simple, easy to use dashboard (one that cost me over $5k to have built) so you can see your critical numbers all in one place. We’re going to be working closely together but it isn’t going to be drawn out.
